Do you do custom prints?

If you’ve seen an image that you’d like as a print please send me an email and a link to the photo.

How much does NZ shipping cost?

I offer free shipping on all orders through out New Zealand.

Do you offer international shipping?

I offer international shipping but due to the limits of my website this has to be arranged via email. Please send me an email for a quote, I will aim to respond with 1-3 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to send all orders within 1-3 working days. Please feel free to email me if your order hasn’t arrived.

Do you offer framed prints?

No but I’m happy to recommend framers in the Auckland region.

Do you have any advice for framing?

I highly recommend having your image framed by a professional framer to ensure the endurance and longevity of your print. Special glass that protects your print from UV light is also a worthy investment.

What should I look out for when hanging my print?

Avoid rooms that are exposed to extreme changes in temperature or high moisture (e.g bathrooms), your art may get condensation buildup. Also avoid direct sunlight as UV light can cause your artwork to fade over time.

I like one of your photos, can I share it?

No, please ask for permission before you share my work - hello@mattdowdle.com. 

What sort of paper do you print on?

All paper is stated in the product description but I tend to use 300gsm Cotton Rag. Textured Cotton Rag is a heavy-weight archival velvet fine art paper for archival pigment printing. It is bright white, water-resistant and made from 100% cotton fibre, producing high-quality consistent results.
